1st App CLEA & DORMAMMU?? Custom, FF Guest APP?? This book in my personal opinion remains extremely undervalued on the higher end. The combination of rarity (especially in-grade), and overall character significance-especially with Clea set up for an enormous leap as Marvel’s officially announced new Sorcerer Supreme-makes the sky the limit on this book at 6.0(1964). Look at the CGC census for reference of how low the numbers are. The Fantastic Four team guest appearance in this issue just adds to the Superstar cast. The Custom Case is extremely rare to this issue, as this is the first I’ve seen, making it present extremely well, and very unique for discussion with friends, family, and other collectors who appreciate how much history there is in this SUPERKEY, from 1964. Factor in the release of Strange #1 with Clea as the new Sorcerer Supreme, Dr Strange II Multiverse of Madness very soon release with Clea expected to play a key MCU role-rumored casting of Charlize Theron-and the expectation for Sofia Strange to be a key character also in the near future (expanding Clea’s already booming MCU involvement), the current numbers just aren’t reflecting the values on this book. For me, it’s well past that. If you feel the same, give it a go and enjoy the rewards to come. I believe in less than a year it will be multiplied substantially.
